1. Price Information
The prices shown are only applicable to purchases made via the website. All prices are correct at time of display online and include V.A.T. where appropriate. In the unlikely event of an administrative error resulting in an incorrect price being displayed, we reserve the right to correct the price. 2. Ordering Goods

3. Payment
We accept payment by most major credit or debit cards. Payment will be debited to your account before the despatch of your purchase.

4. Validation Checks
All credit and charge card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

In addition, in the interests of preventing fraudulent use of credit and charge cards, will validate the names and addresses supplied during the order process against commercially available records (e.g Electoral Roll data). We may need to contact you by letter, telephone or email to verify details before we are able to dispatch your order.

5. Liability
The majority of card issuers cover all the charges that may result from unauthorised use of your credit card or debit cards, but some may limit your liability to £50. If you believe your credit or debit card has been subject to unauthorised use you should contact your card issuer without delay.

6. Delivery of Goods
We can deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom although for deliveries to non-mainland UK addresses and certain remote locations e.g. Scottish Isles, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands there may be an additional delivery charge and slightly longer delivery lead time. Your order will be delivered either by Royal Mail, Royal Mail Recorded Delivery or by Courier. A signature is required for all Royal Mail Recorded Delivery and Courier deliveries.

6a. Delivery Charges

We make every effort to keep our delivery charges as low as possible. The delivery charge depends on the size of the product ordered. 6b. Delivery Times
Delivery times are calculated in working days - i.e. Monday to Friday inclusive (working days do not include weekends or National Bank Holidays). In case of Bank Holidays please allow an extra 2 working days.

From the receipt of your order we will endeavor to deliver your chosen items to you within 7/10 working days providing the goods are in stock, unless a longer delivery time is shown on the product information page.

Deliveries to non-Mainland or remote locations may take longer.

Risk of the goods will pass to you on delivery.

Goods delivered by courier should arrive between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday. All deliveries must be signed for. If you are out when the courier arrives the Courier will leave a card with the contact number for you to call to arrange a suitable time for redelivery or for you to collect the goods from the local depot.

We do everything we can to meet the delivery time specified in this section, however occasionally delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control and cannot be guaranteed. We will inform you if we become aware of an unexpected delay.

We can only accept orders from holders of credit or debit cards registered at UK addresses.

9. Unwanted Goods
If you decide that you do not want any item which we have delivered then, provided that it is returned to us in its original and unused condition (including in its original packaging), along with the wrapping and delivery note (as proof of purchase) within 28 days of delivery, we will exchange it or offer a refund. 10. Faulty Goods

Returns Policy

Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded, however we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us. If the item is found to be faulty, we will also refund the postage cost.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your goods, will refund the price of the goods (excluding carriage) provided they are returned unused and in their original condition, together with the original packaging, within 7 days of the date of the dispatch, a letter must accompany the returned item. The cost of return carriage/postage is paid by the customer.

If an incorrect model is purchased will exchange the item provided the item is returned unused, complete and in its original packaging and the customers pays for postage of the new item. Return postage cost is at the customer’s expense.
If an item has been supplied in error it can be returned for a replacement provided it has not been used and is returned in a resalable condition including packaging.
